Role Summary: This role involves inspecting, testing, evaluating materials, parts, and products throughout the production process to identify defects, inconsistencies, or deviations from specifications, ensuring adherence to quality standards and customer specifications.

Qualifications: – Working knowledge of quality control methodologies and systems

– Working knowledge of basic fabrication, welding techniques and procedures, and machining procedures

– Working knowledge of required maintenance, in-transit and permanent records

– Working knowledge and understanding of NDE/NDT

– Knowledge of ASME pressure vessel codes an ASME Section 1

– Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawing and technical specifications

– Experience in Oil & Gas and/or pressure vessels a PLUS

– Familiarity with or experience working with ISO 9001 a PLUS

– Knowledge of ASME Code, Section 8, Division 1 & 2 a PLUS

Role Summary: This role supports plant operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing systems and equipment. This role ensures equipment reliability, minimized downtime, and upholds safety standards while contributing to continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications: – Working knowledge of maintenance procedures, interpretation of written and oral instructions including blueprints, construction plans, drawings and electrical schematics

– Experience in maintaining and repairing welding equipment, forklifts, overhead and jib cranes and CNC machining equipment

– Experience working in an industrial or manufacturing environment

– Experience with preventative and predictive maintenance programs

– Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems (Experience working with up to 440-460 volt electrical PREFERRED), motors, drives (AC/DC) and control circuits

Work Type: In-Office

Status: Full-Time

Role Summary: This role is responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and models that support the design, development, and manufacture of pulsation products. This role works closely with engineers and production team translating concepts and engineering requirements into precise digital designs that ensure accuracy, functionality, and manufacturability.

Qualifications: – Working knowledge of Inventor (Preferred) or Solid Works

– Experience working with Vault is a Plus

– Working knowledge of design automation

– Experience preparing drawings from blueprints, mechanical prints, sketches, drawings, electronic files, concepts, bills of material, purchase orders, custom specifications and other related documents

– Experience designing with concerns for manufacturing processes including metal fabrication, machining, assembly, and prototyping

– Pressure Vessel and/or oil & gas experience a plus

Location: Richardson, TX

Work Type: In-Office

Status: Full-Time

Role Summary: This role is responsible for the design, development, analysis, and support of engineering projects from concept through fabrication and delivery ensuring compliance with customer specifications and industry standards.

Qualifications: – Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering

– Working knowledge of Compress and Inventor software

– Experience working with Vault is a Plus

– Experience in design automation a Plus

– Working knowledge of high-pressure (1,000 PSI minimum) Pressure Vessel design with ASME Section VIII, Div. 1 is a Plus

– Experience in the oil & gas industry a Plus

– Ability to interface with customers, engineering and production team members

– Professional Engineer (PE) is not required but preferred (or the ability to sit for PE exam within a reasonable timeframe)

Performance Pulsation Control operates more than 100,000 square feet of combined manufacturing facilities between its Dallas and Odessa locations with headquarters located in Richardson, Texas.

Performance Pulsation Control is an ASME Code Shop and holder of the U, U2, S, and H ASME Code stamps as well as a number of other certifications.  PPC designs and builds pressure vessels to Section VIII, Division I and Division II to low, medium, high and ultra-high pressures. We also build to Section I and IV for Boilers. PPC proudly produces Made in the USA products.
